In the evening, the back deck and BBQ make for unforgettable outdoor dining under the Idaho sky.
Downstairs is pure fun — challenge your group to a match on the ping pong or pool table, then settle in for a movie night in the large-screen theater setup. Whether it's a rainy afternoon or a post-adventure wind-down, this floor keeps everyone entertained.
The loft space offers a serene perch for remote work or journaling, while the large backyard lawn gives families and groups plenty of room to roam, relax, and play.

About the Owner
We're a husband-and-wife team based in Sandpoint, Idaho, with a combined 51 years of US Navy service between us. After decades of dedication to something bigger than ourselves, we chose Sandpoint to build our next chapter — drawn by the stunning natural beauty, the tight-knit community, and the kind of slower, meaningful pace of life that's hard to find anywhere else. We're here with our three daughters and couldn't imagine raising them anywhere else. Our property management company grew out of a simple desire: to stay close to home, stay close to each other, and help visitors discover just how special this region is.
